I think it would be useful to remove most background cars here and just limit it to cars that play at least a minor role.

It's already a random collection of episodes, all that traffic is pretty useless. (R5, Opel Ascona, Datsun Sunny, Fiat Panda...)

I know the place where they filmed the episode; "Promised Land".

The episode was filmed at Canowindra and Cowra in Central West NSW, my great grandpa (my grandpa's dad) lived in Canowindra around the corner from Canowindra Railway Station where they filmed the stand off between Morse and the villain near the end of the episode.

Dash looks like Cooper with additional dials. The car could be the same Cooper - an Austin Mk1 for grille and seems to have sporty wheels (S??), although they were usually 2-tone.
