Although with these alloys ( some of them made by Fuchs ), the bumper does not identify a 280E. It can be any other version and by the shape of the headrests, I would say 1983+ ( one from the last series of W123 ). |

The 280E [W123] bumpers ( and I'm not including US-spec cars ) don't have the black corners you see here. Along with the [W123] Coupés, they have chrome bumpers with a rubber band along them that corners the body and accompanies the bumpers till the edge. -- Last edit: 2007-08-04 02:28:17 |
