None of the cars survived this episode apparently... Strange that it died after 26 years and the Jag after two. GME 231B Date of Liability 01 03 1990 Date of First Registration 28 04 1964 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 1192CC Vehicle Status Unlicensed Vehicle Colour BLUE Seen quite a bit. |

I suspect the Jaguar XJ-S Convertible [XJ77] could have been on loan from Jaguar Browns Lane Coventry ('KV' is I believe a Coventry registration). If it was an early press demonstrator or test and development car it could have been crushed after two years rather than being sold on by Jaguar. |

As tonkaTRACKER suggests it, the Jaguar was exported outside UK: cf "export marker" in the DVLA info posted on the Jaguar page. |
