This movie was sponsored by British Leyland (brand new Jaguar, Range Rover, Rover SD1 and Princess) and Ford (brand new Fiesta, Taunus and Granada in high specs). Maybe also the brand new Giulietta was a bit like sponsoring (there were some lines about it if I remember well).

.... and the Mini Clubman Estate. But the Jag S2 was replaced by S3 from March 79 so they missed a trick there.

This film was shot in 1978 and released in Italy on January 1979, so there was still S2 when it was filmed :)
