 The tram is from Zagreb, suggesting that all the East Berlin scenes were filmed there:

 The second, articulated tram is a CKD Tatra KT4 ('KT4D' if is from East Germany or 'KT4 YU' if thise scenes were also filmed in Yugoslavia).

 The second tram is also blue and white, so it must be a KT4 YU from Zagreb.
