You should forgive me. Is it a vehicle or a nice old carriage?

A horse carriage, I would say.

If this was an old carriage, where is the rein to the horse(s) :??:

Sorry. I only paid attention to the previous conversation. Rare, but it's a vehicle. In red mark the engine

I think that what you have outlined in red is something across the street. Most high wheeler cars had under-the-seat engines. I can't see enoungh of this one to say either way whether it is powered or not.

I've rewatched the whole scene frame by frame and I can confirm it's a vehicle. I wish I could send you the sound of its engine. It's powered.

Something as http://www.ausbcomp.com/~bbott/cars/duryea1.jpg 1893 car built by Charles and Frank Duryea, brothers, was the first gasoline powered car in America.

1895 Lutzmann http://www.ausbcomp.com/~bbott/cars/lutzmann.jpg

But I can assure the engine is what I marked on red

Smaller, but definitely better quality:

It is seen arriving without a horse so definitely a car.

I believe this is a 1907-08 Columbus, alternatively known as the Buggymobile, built by the Columbus Buggy Company of, well, Columbus, Ohio. Note the shape of the fenders, the canopy holdings and the area around the seat which all match up:

Two years later, still firm on the Columbus. Very distinctive fenders, and if this is anything to go by, it even has that same latch below the seat:

Two Columbuses are known to be extant today: one in the Crawford Museum in Cleveland, Ohio, and another formely in the Tupelo Automobile Museum in Mississippi.

I agree, probably the 1908 Columbus 10HP Buggymobile.

Based on the example in the Tupelo auction listing I think there are many details that match the move vehicle.

Origin US of course.

It's hard to pinpoint when the highwheeler was introduced, but in December 1905 the company bought out the Bramwell company and settled in their offices. I wouldn't put "10 HP" as the model as a) that's a very British term for motor cars of the era and b) there is no indication it was ever called that. Just 1905 Columbus, without a model name, is fine.
