As Ive just found Villain in full length on the net I watched it all the way through looking at the parked up and passing motors (for any ADO 14s there!) I was quite surprised no one didn't spot to list the Cortina Mk3 Coke Bottle at the very end where Burton & McShane realise its all over... the movie was made in the August of 1970 and this might well have been a pre-launch prototype or pre-launch press car... given the Capri (driven by McShane's g/f) looks like a Ford press car? Ford would no doubt have wanted a Mk3 in the movie somewhere , when it went on release in May 1971 |
