Ah - I should have done my research on this production better - it seems like it was filmed in Yugoslavia (present day Slovenia) - a very popular and cheap alternative back then. That explains why the locations are very un-Austrian and more Mediterranean (I temporarily forgot that Austria is a landlocked country). I'll rename the Steyr-Fiats into more appropiate Zastava equivalents. |
