 The 2CV, the Ford Vedette and the architecture in "Baghdad" make me wonder if is is really stock footage from a former French colony. There are trolleybus wires visible, and according to https://transphoto.org/ there were trolleybus networks in Algiers, Oran, Tunis and Casablanca.
