Aircraft is one of two Douglas DC-4 Skymasters operated on international services by Air Ceylon in partnership with Australian National Airways (ANA) from 1949 to 1953. The 'elephant steps', and one or two later variants, were a popular, eye-catching feature at Colombo-Ratmalana Airport for several years. |
