It has a whimsical feeling like a place in The Crystal Key or the Rhem series. It seems weird though that main character wouldn't want the house to be on Lake Michigan with an ocean-like view. Maybe a Great Lake is too expansive and doesn't have the same cozy/romantic atmosphere of a smaller lake. |
