The film has two versions: (1) Beklenmeyen Randevu - Belali elmaslar (TR 1978-1982 92min) by Kunt Tulgar, with Turkish dialogue; (2) Diamanti che scottano (CH 1982-1985 83min) by Sergio Bergonzelli, with English dialogue. The second version cut off a large part of the original and added new scenes, shot in Geneva, the Jura mountain range in the French frontier, and in Turkey, with European credits only.


And the race footage is from the 1985 Ste Ursanne-Les Rangiers hillclimb in Switzerland.
