I had rented the DVD of this from NetFlix back in 2004. When I thought about renting it again in March 2010, I discovered that NetFlix no longer has copies of it. I searched the 'net and learned that it has gone out of print. Since going out of print, and copies of it subsequently becoming hard to find, used DVD and VHS copies are priced much higher than they used to be. What a bummer.

This isn't a great film by any means, but, for gearheads it is an entertaining film as can be seen by the number and variety of vehicles shown within it. Plus, having Steve McQueen's son Chad pay homage to Bullitt is a treat. Roles portrayed by well-known character actors is another plus. The fact that Jan-Michael Vincent's facial wounds are authentic from a vehicular accident occurring just before filming, and not created by a make-up crew, is astounding.
