The red Fiesta appears to be a rental car, and the 1989-95 version. Since it is a rental, this is most likely the Fiesta Classic, which was sold until July 1996 alongside the 1995-2000 model. (the movie came out in early '96)
Either I missed something, or there is no Volvo 245 in this movie.

 The nighttime van is seen at the end of the movie, used by reporters.
The 4x4 is seen towed by the Chevrolet pickup.
The hatchback only appears in one scene, and is used briefly by the characters.
The bus appears at the end and drops one of the characters off somewhere.
A minor character is rummaging in the daytime van.
The Landy briefly follows the Fiesta.
The Chevy truck is used at the beginning of the film.
