That it delivered, with some bonuses. It's an odd movie to feature social commentary (still if not even more topical today), but I had a blast watching "hero" actors like Steven Seagal, Don Johnson and Jeff Fahey play utter scum, and the eternal villain Danny Trejo play the hero. That made the movie all the better. I can't imagine what this movie would've been like with some typecast actors going through the motions (like Robert De Niro, desperately typecast although he clearly had fun).
