As it was obviously filmed very close to the German border (from Cuik, where the -real- towing company sits, you can walk to Germany by foot), the blokes must be total idiots, if they would have filled up gas there. :o
For filling up fuel, the Dutch people drive to Germany, for filling up Diesel, the Germans drive to the Netherlands.

 Since two weeks it's in the German cinemas, too. The translation is spoken by the actors theirself. As in the Netherlands, the discussion in the feuilletons of magazines and internet-forums is increasing, if it shall be
a) unbearable, ugly trash, up to the "doomsday of the civilisation"
or
b) a kind of social criticism, packed in goofy-brute Dutch-specific humour.
