tore-40 ◊ 2019-06-13 16:04	Here in Norway, this is what you get when you order a new plate (no EU here), even with original combination printed. May be swapped for original plates later. Wikipedia, Vehicle registration plates of Spain: '....there are a few rare cases where the blue EU country identifier strip is also carried, as plates are reissued in new format but with the same number sequience when deteriorated or lost.'
Ingo ◊ 2019-06-13 23:41	@Gamer: in Germany it's the same. If you re-register a car with expired papers on the old combination again, you also get the Euro-plates. Or the most common way: you change to a historic registration.
