The version after 1972 (square turn signals, safety bumpers) is called T2b. The version 1967 to 1972 is a T2a. In Germany most people call a VW Bus/Transporter/Vanagon "Bulli" (sometimes even the T4 and T5). This nickname is very common, but VW was never allowed to use it officially, because the neme "Bulli" was reserved by annother company. |
