If one can believe this page http://www.heckflosse.nl/220sse.htm the fact that it has two chrome strips from the rear end of the rear door (C-pillar) until the rear lights suggests this is not a 220b (which didn't have those strips) but a 220 Sb or a 220 SEb. Also, the 220b rarely had white wall tyres.
