 seems to be ADATS based on M113A2 entered service 1989 withdrawn from canadian Army 2012

 ^ perhaps they look differrent because they may be FAKE , you know such sensitive stuff like air defence missels not to be allowed in civilian hands

either way I think this would be listed as FMC M113 there is absolutely no doubt being the chassis

 that's what i thought, too it is mockup anti air misiles looking "better" than real thing on M113 chassis
