After seeing the "1500" badge on the door of this truck, I questioned it because I thought all Tahoes had a "Tahoe" badge there (I guess I just never really paid attention to it before). After looking at all 5 years of this generation, it appears that 1995-1997 Tahoes have the "1500" badge and the 1998-1999 models have the "Tahoe" badge. LT trim because of the leather seats and gold badge behind the rear door.

dhill_cb7 ◊ 2019-05-12 12:52	[GMT420]. 1996-1997 Tahoe. 1995 Tahoes have exposed lug nuts. 1998-1999 Tahoes have 'Tahoe' badge in place of 1500 on the front doors. The dash could narrow to a single year.
