I don't know about that, it looks similar to the one from this film /vehicle_29744-Dodge-B-Series.html which was not made in Thailand.

OK, but I'm just wondering if that headlamp and grill combination was ever some short-lived option from Dodge, or if there was some coachbuilder adding on such headlamp and grill combination
