This Van must be bring by rich people(or a Thai rich people) from USA long ago. We don't have Dodge sold in Thailand, the possible is only bring from US.

The grill layout is strange though, it looks to have the standard 1971-1973 grill, but with the 1979-1985 headlights, and strange turn signals :??:

That because there is no spare parts for Dodge in Thailand. Maybe it have been damage or broken long ago so they have to replace with Japanese spare parts, Mostly from Toyota.

I don't know about that, it looks similar to the one from this film /vehicle_29744-Dodge-B-Series.html which was not made in Thailand.

Counterstrike (the film tom11 linked to) was filmed in Australia, and as pointed out on the comments the headlamps and grill on that van are not original.

OK, but I'm just wondering if that headlamp and grill combination was ever some short-lived option from Dodge, or if there was some coachbuilder adding on such headlamp and grill combination
