The car in the middle of this pic is definitely a Citroën Traction Avant 11 BL. It has been built after 1938 (because of shining, not-flat "chevrons" on the front grille), the missing overriders on the front bumper fit a pre-war type and the high mounted windshield wipers say this car has been built before 1952. |

it was for the sidecar on the left, but as our two bike experts gave up on this one I guess it will stay unknown for long time |
