I don't think Filipinos were rich enough to afford a Packard back in the day (this is in RP) what with the American occupation heavily on their shoulders. I think it's a 1924-27 Buick, but I can't confirm. "When prettier automobiles are built, Packard will build them" as the company said when they suspected Buick of copying their prestigious radiator design. |
