White, Russian plates? Mixed parts it seems (who knows, maybe there was such export model, but rather strange) - 1985+ mirrors - 1987+ boot lid. Some number of cars with those old "C pillars" (entire rear fenders) was still produced in 1987, but all I've seen had also lid of the old, flat type.

Mmmh, he is obviously so North Korean as BigDave from the Vatican or eLMeR from Tuvalu. [:kiki]
He writes in Cyrillic, not in Hangul and refers about Sovietish trucks and not about Sungri- and Chollima- or other DPRK-origin-vehicles.
