^Gomsel got it right for once. The Hermosillo plant did not supply Mexico, instead, MX's Focuses came from the US, and (at least initially) only the sedan and wagon. Then from 2005-06 they built the Focus I locally with European specs as the pre-facelift Focus was phased out in the US. Tldr; this is a USDM. But is this one USDM or could be officially sold in Mexico? Anyway I never noticed that for a while Mexico built the Euro Focus, but indeed also my 2005 world catalogue seems to confirm that. Also, should we use Mks for Mexican models? ![]() |
