Is that made for Russia due to plate size on the bumper? |

Well, it has a reflector and EU-spec side skirts. Something like this: /vehicle_338945-Chevrolet-Blazer-1995.html. Someone just replaced the taillamps with US-spec ones. |

again those "side Skirts" as you call them are fender flares and were available on US models as well. There are also dozens of aftermarket companies that sell this type of fender flare. -- Last edit: 2011-09-10 04:06:23 |

And the reflector? |

I assume by reflector you are actually referring to the repeater on the front fender (which is not a reflector but a lamp). Like I said with this being in Russia and Russia getting so many second hand vehicles from other markets we don't know which market this truck was originally sold in and given the US-spec taillights it is best to leave the "made for" tag blank as we don't know where this truck was made for. |

I was proven wrong, as vin01 can give you any VIN if you just try hard enough. Since Russia officially got the Tahoe and K-Series around this time, I wouldn't be surprised if they got the (US) Blazer as well. However, this one apparently was a European version that came from Germany. Apparently, someone fitted it with US tail lights: EXPORT - I.E.S. EXPORT I.E.S.
