Yes, in Argentina in those years you could see a lot of cars driven by the right hand. It was in that way because Argentina (and others south american countries) no had a big cars industry and it was influential by britain cars of that period. That was ntil 1945 when the argentinian goverment reglued the traffic with left hand drive cars. |

The way the folded top sits I reckon it is more likely German. Maybe a late 1930s Opel Kapitan. They did build them in right hand drive. |
