This one is a Kissel from about 1927 - possibly a Model 75.

All - This is NOT a Kissel. Kissel never used cowl lights nor trim as shown in this picture. And the top of the radiator and Hood Vents are not Kissel.

Not sure if it's a Voisin, all the ones I have seen are RHD.

Wheel discs are certainly more European in appearance - not many US cars had them.
