If this is the one i saw a few days ago when i was in that city then it had the steering wheel of a 505 and its wheels, the are quite common in Spain, so how do i list it?

This looks like something you see at the front end of a kiddie-ride.

This is not a custom car, it's a ground conveyor...

Dotto Trains? Tschu-Tschu?

Got it!

It's a Deltrain, note the significant smokestack lid which almost all of the models seem to have:

Judging by their website, I'd say model is either Delga or Fresh.

Default to Deltrain unknown for now, Origin Portugal.

1997 or later, which is when they were founded.

Another thing: except for the Union Jack, on the language selection, they have the same flag icons that we have!

We have many listed as Dotto Trains
And I am not sure it is more close to one or the other

This is Spain, so it's more likely to be a local product such as Deltrain.

For Spain, Portugal isn't so much more local than Italy :p
(they would have to travel by road instead of by boat, not sure which one is the cheapest)

Speaking of boats, I wonder if "waterless boats" exist. No, that'd look too ridiculous, a boat with permanent wheels....

But indeed the style seems closer to Deltrain.

Maybe other Dotto Trains should be checked, there may be some too quickly listed under that make.

An amphibious car could meet that description too: http://www.amphibiousvehicle.net/amphi/D/duttonspecial/dutton-land-sl.jpeg
