1932 Plymouth PB. 1930-31 Plymouths had an oval backlight (rear window).

This car is not a Plymouth - because it has cowl lights, something not seen on Plymouths. Possibly a Dodge Model DD.

Plymouths were offered with cowl lights; I once owned a '29 Model "U" DeLuxe Sedan that came from the factory with such lights. Besides, cowl lights could be had on any car as an aftermarket add-on.

This car has a golf club compartment (or is it a fuel filler cap?) behind the cowl lights. 30 and 31 Plymouths and Chryslers did not have this, Dodge and DeSoto did.
However, I am open to the idea of it being a non-mopar as well.
