It is a 1931 Buick. You can see the '8' radiator cap in the first thumb above - with the naked women. It is a Model 66S Sport coupe, one of 6,489 built. The external irons might suggest it is a convertible but it is not. Those irons were common on cars of the late 1920s/early '30s to give the impression of convertible.
