#70 appeared on almost every Mk. Ol' Yaller (MkI, MkII etc), and MkII looks noticeably different, so I don't think so. I believe this is most likely neither (well it wasn't called Ol' Yaller yet, so to speak) This looks rather like Out Hauser Special driven by Eric Hauser (possibly), no photo of his Houser Special in the list, but he did race it under #70 race number.
