karoomay ◊ 2017-02-27 19:32	At first I thought the building under construction in the background was the Plasco Building in Tehran which recently collapsed from a fire, since it was completed in 1962 but the architecture matches more with the still standing Tehran Stock Exchange Building which was completed in 1963 according to Wikipedia.
