This is a 379-119. You can see the panel seam and some huck rivets on the hood side. 378 hood is fiberglass, 379 is aluminum |

I agree with Mackinac359, he is right the truck is also a late 80's model truck,cause it's a used truck ,but not that used maybe 1988 or 1989, it's either one of those years, if you ask me it looks more like an 1989,cause filming of the movie, probably started at the end year of '89, cause the truck wasn't that used, and looks like it was actually a repo deal than later bought for this movie, so I'd would say the truck is an 1989 Peterbilt 379-119 |
