I think the logo indicates a CMR (see « CMR ». Sous licence CC BY-SA 3.0 via Wikimedia Commons - http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:CMR.jpg#/media/File:CMR.jpg ) It could be a local creation named R73, "a mix of BMW R71 and R75", according to Link to "fr.wikipedia.org" … I lack other documentation. Late "edition": If a CMR, this wouldn't be the R 73: here the engine is a "soupapes latérales", not a "culbutée", 'borrowed' to the R 12 or R 71.
