I would say it's US-spec.....As this model (According to the 1990MY(I guess , either 89 or 90) corolla my later grandfather used to own) has those "non-motorized automatic passive belt system" thing....which as far as I know , only install on North America spec models. (Also , the V20 Camry that my uncle used to own , has motorized automatic passive seatbelts....which also only seen on US-spec models.) (At least , there were no "automatic passive belt system" for JP-spec models of E90 Corolla or V20 Camry)
