1928 Pontiac roadster. According to The History of Holden 1917-1975, the Pontiac roadsters were imported fully built up whereas the other styles had their bodies built by Holdens. |

This scene was the reenactment of the attempt murder of Tilly Devine who was shot at by Jim Devine in front yard of the Devines' home on Torrington Road in Maroubra, NSW on the morning of the 9th January 1931. The round fired from Devine's .303 rifle hit one of her stiletto knocking her off her feet. Luckily she survived unscathed. -- Last edit: 2016-12-28 08:41:56 |
