From the legendary Race against the "Red Porsche Killer" at the 4.September 1988 on the Airfield Hartenholm beside the little village Hasenmoor in Schleswig-Holstein. Over 100.000 visitors have overrun the 750 inhabitants back then. Oh, it were 200.000 visitors according this article Link to "www.abendblatt.de" -- Last edit: 2013-04-21 18:22:38 |

As shown, it matches 72-3 911, possibly S. But as a known event, can the details be discovered? |

Owned by Holger 'Holgi' Henze. It's said to be a 1967 911 S with some minor modifications. |

For wiper arrangement I'd say 1968+ 911 S (with 69+ black finish but this is easily applied). Updates include 72-3 black grilles, 72-3 front spoiler, 73 black window trim, and fixed quarterlights (which I can't date precisely). Door mirror any year before 73. Door handle possibly 68. |

supposed to be same car ...![]() |

Can't see any reason for it not to be same car. Looks swb so 1968 at latest, and with wiper position - which would be a pig to change from previous format - means 68 only. |

the original shot is from home video in 1988 , the 2nd is shot specially made for the movie also increase to 3 stars , think it deserves it if you include the animated footage... -- Last edit: 2017-08-21 22:10:45 |

not even four stars, as the whole event and also wide parts of the movie are based on the race between Holgis Porsche and Werners Red Porsche Killer. It's the main topic. |

According to the book "Alles über Werner" Holgis Porsche is/was a 1971 911 S. |
