I've heard that, but I've only seen the first one. There the real scenes are also quite dull, but it's iconic for us Northern German kids from the 80ies anyways.
Btw.: I own all cartoon-books, some even with a signature from Brösel.

 They have both. It's usual for "Werner"-movies. For the cartoon-books partly, too.
