I think it's older 103. Note specific (100-103) wipers' cinematic.  |

You are right, I think. Krysztof Sachs ("Wszystkie tajemnice królowej" - "Automobilista" 4/2008), despite doesn't mention change in wipers direction, says that wipers mechanism and engine position was changed in 104. Though personally I won't be surprised, if very 1st 104s still had them placed in old way.
