they should but sometimes you can see some without them ( DRL system not working anymore, DRL bulb or filament burned out, etc...). some people put them out of function too. it is mandatory when the vehicle is new. also, sometimes they are very weak so they might be on but the angle is not showing it -- Last edit: 2015-05-17 01:48:28 |
