Yes they are. Notice the fleet wheels/dog dish hubcaps. Also, notice how the front door is missing the side moulding. Many police departments did this to facilitate decal placement. |

Same as LAPD. I always wondered why the Gran Furys and Impalas were always missing a trim piece on the front door.  |

Yes, but they didn't do this on the 1996-1997 Fords that they used. They had the black side moulding on both the front and back doors. |
