Stupid elephant, why couldn't he trample a Corsica instead?

The lack of black pillars would make this a 1992, wouldn't it?

You see if the pillars are dark grey or black on that (bad) picture?

No, it was on TV last night, and I saw it there.

On the pic it is not so clear, what about Ddey's comment? Or did you also saw it on TV/DVD?

Me to, but I think a Yugo would be perfect for trampling.

Looks like base Caprice due to absence of thick trim at the rocker panel

In defense of the elephant, Hollywood made him do it.

The car was actually crushed via hydraulic rams mounted inside. The elephant is computer generated.

Why couldn't they have used a Corsica instead?

Why is it on E30 hubs? [:heink]

Those are cheap supermarket hubcaps that look like the BMW ones. They were pretty common here as well as the USA. Generally, the cheap aftermarket hubcaps tend to take on old designs from manufacturers.

Iconic scene. Was the car crushed with CGI, or practical effects?
