RushCars24ID ◊ 2026-08-15 08:09	Literally, perhaps continuing the achievement of what the original Nissan Leaf did alongside the Mitsubishi i-MiEV as two of the first mass-produced EVs in the world years ago, the first electric car to get a major role in a feature movie, and the first movie to feature a second-generation Leaf [ZE1] being destroyed and even exploded into pieces. It's even brand new by the film date (principal photography takes place in May–July 2018). Something tells me it's most likely a pre-production model donated by Nissan USA to be destroyed under their request, or maybe a fake dummy car built by Nissan for the movie. Used as an Uber ride-sharing car driven by the character, Stu Prasad (played by Kumail Nanjiani).
