 All screenshots from the trailer. This film... was just faithless to Cross of Iron, in which this film served as its sequel. It has no anti-war sentiments at all, and everything was bad: Cold War-era vehicles, bad plot, bad dialogue, bad acting, and they don't even get James Coburn or Maximilian Schell to play their respective roles! They are replaced by Richard Burton and Helmut Griem instead. If only Peckinpah directed it would all be much more better. Screw you, McLaglen!

 actual name of the film was "Breakthrough",also starred robert mitchum and rod steiger.filmed in 1979...unfortunately it has yet to appear on IMCDB
