Halicki was a silent partner when the film was made since the lead character (Jack Vacek) was the cinematographer)...

Real excited about it, especially since I'd heard previously that the owners of Double Nickels weren't interested in letting it happen. Heard this will finally be getting an HD release (from the same people who brought The Big Sweat to Blu-ray). Real excited about it, especially since I'd heard previously that the owners of Double Nickels weren't interested in letting it happen.

I wonder if they'll do it for Vacek's later movie Deadly Addiction.
