dsl ◊ 2021-12-20 16:01	^ No. It's about a nice old homeless bloke (played by Peter Mullan who's usually worth watching) who hitch-hikes from Glasgow to London to a Xmas shelter. Lots of on-the-road footage of motorways (M74, M6), service stations, roads, streets etc all full of vehicles of all sorts - have captured the most obvious, but there's lots more blurry or part glimpses of things if anyone wants. And it's a good film with proper characters, decent script ("No-one wants to meet the Three Lollipop Men Of The Apocalypse" made me giggle) and avoids gooey festiveness. If you want a Xmassy film without wading through sentimental twaddle, it's worth finding. Opening shot - Annandale Water services (near Johnstonebridge), M74 southbound, Dumfries & Galloway.
