 No location information on the IMDB, but it appears to be a Canadian production, and the number of French names in the crew suggests that it was filmed in Quebec. Since the setting is Boston, Montreal is the most likely location.

I've been to Boston before and I have to say wherever this is filmed Boston looks nothing like this.
