I'd say some short part of (plausible) 'Hitlerova Dalnice' Praga-Brno was almost ready to drive in 1950, when builders abandoned it temporary, up to 1963.

P.S. 'Stara Dalnice' in Brno has no viaduct. And the landscape doesn't match.

 The mystery has been explained finally. :sun:
This is Zbraslav & Bane bypass opened for traffic Dec 1st, 1966 on 4-lane concrete expressway form. It became the south extension of famous 'movie star' Strakonická street. Today it's part of silnice I/4, technically doesn't meet all highway standards still. Wasn't finished in 'Transit Carlsbad' 1966 movie, however ready to drive in 'Konec Agenta W4C' 1967. The perfect fit!
